Orders and proofs

By placing an order, you confirm that the personalization details and photo you provide may be used to create your memorial magnet. We will send a proof for your review before production. Please review the proof carefully; production begins only after your approval.

Pricing, taxes, and shipping

Prices are shown before checkout. Standard Service takes 5 business days and Rush Service takes 3 business days after payment and proof approval. Rush Service adds $25. FedEx Next Day Shipping is $20 per order. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Cancellations and changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Orders may be canceled or changed before proof approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, personalized orders generally cannot be canceled or changed.

Refunds, replacements, and damage

Because each magnet is custom made, refunds are generally not available after proof approval except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue. If we confirm a qualifying issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Timing may be affected by proof approval, design revisions, order time, weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete; we then prepare your design and send a proof for approval before production begins. Quantities outside our published price list are quoted by hand, and no payment is taken until you approve that quote.

Photos you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it for this purpose and you permit us to edit, enhance, and reproduce it to create your memorial magnet. We use it for no other purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from an order placed on this site. This does not limit any non-waivable right you have under the consumer-protection law of the state where you live.
