How do I get started?
Choose a template, enter your loved one’s details and photo, select your quantity and service level, then review and pay for your order securely online.
What kind of photo can I use?
We can work with recent photos, treasured family snapshots, and older photographs. We will review the image and let you know if we need anything else.
Can you remove a background or other people from a photo?
Yes. Photo cleanup, background removal, enhancement, and placement in your selected design are included as part of the service.
Proof, pricing, and delivery
Will I see a proof before my magnets are made?
Yes. After payment is received, we create your personalized design and send a proof for your approval before production begins.
What is included in the price?
Your custom memorial design is included. Your total is based on the quantity and service level you select, plus tax and $20 FedEx Next Day Shipping per order.
How quickly will I receive my magnets?
Standard Service takes 5 business days. Rush Service typically arrives within 3 business days after payment and proof approval, and adds $25. See the example timeline below.
